Low trade what annoys myself and others is Tom spent around 15 million on a shell to pay of KK's debt. A shell he could of bought for less than 500K. Now for any little expansion he has to dilute greatly. Without the shell dilution this pps would easily exceed 10 cents. Then 10 million shares would be enough to give 1 million in financing. Now it takes 100 million shares.
What was "The CEO's business plan" when he made that disasterous blunder ???????
