The CEO's business plan needs the funding to execute it and create growth. Make up your minds, does everyone want continued business execution or less dilution. You can't have both with an OTC startup.

The only thing any of these companies have to help reach business goals. Is the ability to sell shares for seed money. Startups don't grow from rev's & margins, that takes years.
