I don't agree. I think everyone knew what to expect as the PR is what we should have been expecting as an option. Keep in mind, thanks to ABC, the FBI did a lot of our due diligence (DD) on HCPC for legitimacy and HCPC passed with a positive confirmation as the FBI stated that they were in good standing. So, as far as I am concerned, if HCPC says that they are going to do something and had been doing some things, I believe them.

They have too much to risk as they have no choice except to be legit. I think HCPC wants to make sure they remain in good standing with the FBI too. So, if HCPC reaffirms that they have more than $740 Million in the BCLOC Program, I believe them. If they say that the first closing is expected to be around 22 Jan 08 for $6 Million, I believe them. I guess it is strange how certain things worked out to the advantage of HCPC with that ABC/FBI article.

Again, that was very solid news and I think as the market absorbs it, HCPC will do very well. The news today definitely confirms the $740 Million potential with HCPC is well on its way for being obtained. Remember, many people buy stocks because of their potential, especially after it has been confirmed.

I do not think that the majority of the people were thinking that it was “definitely” going to be announced all at once as a $740 Million deal. Yes, it was an option for consideration, but please read below to see why I think the news is what people were expecting as it was discussed a few times as to how it should be considered:

WANG, with the deal...

Where I mention the $740 Million amount as "the deal" it is actually a series of projects where HCPC could announce them all as one or in portions.

I spoke to a friend over the phone to explain HCPC and I think I confused him. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood as I am not sure how any of the deals will be announced.
