Let me know if you dont want to be asst mod and I will remove you. I have been too busy to post regularly.
There has definitely been some interesting posts going on around here lately...
The typical pinkie board antics. Not surprising really.
Anyway, 2700 people at the grand opening. That to me is a success. I agree with comments that this store and this stock is still vastly unknown. As revenues start to get reported and as Dr. Ben continues to promote the Soda Shop and community involvement and empowerment, this will contine to grow.
I have a great amount of respect for the man. He has been able to deliver in less than 6 months, what no one else could in over 2 years. The first Hip Hop Soda Shop.
Big Kudos to Dr. Ben.
I am confident that other stores and the franchise will grow quickly and we will be hearing about this early in the new year.
The concept is solid, multiple revenue streams and huge growth potential.
There have been several posts about the company dumping shares, but the filings show that there has been NO DILUTION, not even into the run leading up to the grand opening. This is the key for me to hold my shares. They increased the OS by less than 14 mill in the last YEAR and nothing recently. So any and all posts about dilution are just pure fear mongering and have no merit in my opinion.
This is still a pink sheet company. The price will have huge fluctuations. MM manipulation is rampant on the pinks and even a legit stock will struggle to show consistency. Good to see the company making efforts to get filings in line. Hopefully the goal is to move up in exchanges quickly.
Even I had to laugh at some of the talk about MSFT buy out speculation. Although, I do believe that this stock could be a prime candidate for a buy out. It would be a fast track to a higher exchange and improve credibility, exposure and financial opportunities for H3 as a company. I am pretty certain it wouldnt be Microsoft, but there are plenty of other possibilities. Obviously, this is just speculation, but I could see it happening.
As far as the "incident" on opening night, who cares, I for one would be trying to capitalize on this, even bad news is good exposure for business. Clearly, H3 does not want to go this route. This is not what they want the HHSS to be about. (Although I could just see a stream of 18 year old white kids lining up to get inside in hopes of catching a glimpse of some "gangsta rapper" stand off). With any genre comes both the good and the bad. I'm sure that at some point in the Hard Rock Cafe's history, some hair band got loaded and fought some patrons or smashed some chit in the restaurant. These things happen...
Definitely disappointing to see the pps take such a huge nosedive on opening day, but many people playing the penny stock market get in and get out quickly and it was bound to happen when they exited.
I took a very small chunk off the table at .24, probably should have taken more, but I am and have been long on this stock for a long time. Lets see what happens when we get franchise news, buyout rumours or some biggertime mainstream celeb involvement.
I liked todays PR.
The best is yet to come for H3. Opening the first store was just the first step.
