its not MM manipulation its simply a dude. i mean it doesnt take a pro to let 12 dollars go and sell 200 shares @ .06 ....... what is his goal ? scare someone into selling @ .06 , more than 200 shares . then changing his ask that is @ .065 to .08 were all the oter mm's ask is .

and presto!
