Jimlur Re: Naked Shorting, it is a very controversial subject, some believe it is more of an urban legend than real or that the scope of the problem is highly exaggerated. The stock that I have mentioned previously JAGH has been touted as a prime example of massive naked shorting abuse and has the possibility to rise up in price tremendously if the issue ever fully gets taken care of.

I got interested in the stock for the merger with Cryptometrics, I don't have much expertise in the naked shorting subject but I do know that others believe in it like a religion. It would be good to get a serious take on this issue and the potential ramifications from this board. On the raging bull JAGH board it is tough to determine who is a legit poster and who is a boiler room pump or dump artist.
