666 I hope you are right. To answer your question...why do you feel that an R/S is in the cards... because without it it will be hard for the company to attract serious, large investors. A 3B+ O/S really hurts the ratios (PE, EPS, D/E, etc.) The company needs serious investors to fuel the PPS. An R/S will fix the ratios .. but only temporarily. Mgmt must know that the PPS will slide/crash after an R/S! That will defeat the purpose of an R/S. However, they may not care since the fix on the O/S is permanent. Time will tell.
