Is there any way Desmond Milligan can look into what happened? Yesterday that was extrodinary news and the stock went in the wrong direction. I understand someone may have dumped thier shares with it being end of year, but it does not make sense, unless they also did not know of the news. I would think that even if someone was dumping shares...demand or excitement of good news would have driven the price up. Also what do you think about NITE having so many shares to short. Either way I do think this was a good move by Desmond and hopefully we start seeing it being reflected in the PPS. I think in the Press Conference Desmond mentioned looking into the huge short position...is there something they can do about this to lessen or get rid of shorts (more importantly the MM offering shorts) who might be hurting this stock.
