bagheera, have you tried a different PCI slot for your second vid card? Also, have you tried disconnecting the monitor from your onboard AGP to see if your 2 cards will run 4 monitors?

Another thing to try is only have your primary monitor turned on when you fire up your machine. After it's up and running, turn on the other monitors.
