I understand your point. I think it is just premature to try to settle with whom? And unless it was comprehensive, it might lead to additional issues and not remove issues once and for all. It is possible that settling will be an outcome, but it might need for the court action to proceed further and also for Wave to see what its finances are. I doubt if they would sacrifice a month + of cash to try to settle anything now.
