This whole issue about IM was asked of the CEO and answered by him... it WAS his decision to make!

Shareholders who are opposed have the right to go to the next shareholder meeting and get him voted OUT as CEO if you have enough shares and want to get rid of the

ONE MAN WHO IS THE BACKBONE OF THE WHOLE COMPANY!

IMO discussions of BD past 20 years ago is off topic... and has already been discussed enough...

it is irrelevant to LNGT today...

and yes, he might have been way overcompensated for what little he is seen to be doing...

BUT Battis has already done that... no way to rescind it... so move on!

Personally, I do not care to read the bash barry board any longer... I would be deleting all references to his past as off topic posts if the moderator.

Since I am not... I can quit reading the board because the discussion is NONSENSE and has nothing to do with lasers, contracts, future revenues.
