Recieved your email regarding my last post. I have talked to my friend who is in Europe working on a fraud case. He did have a couple of hours to access his database and inquire some of the regarding issues: TA advisor, OS, Lawsuits and Litigations, current CEO, and integrity issues purtaining to the recent edgar codes.

He did say that the looks of it, the company seems to be restructuring itself at the current moment and that he did confirm new developments in regards to the new CEO. Risvi did not purchase the shares, it was false. However, he did comment on some insider buying in the past 2 months. He's been a busy guy. He said in two weeks or so he will have alot more answers for me. He was very vague.
