Huh? I have no idea what that means...
Anyway, the PR as I interpret it means shares are retired, reducing OS, but could be reintroduced later to raise capital. That could be good short term, but maybe not so much long term. Of course with the CEO retiring shares he wasn't likely to sell anytime soon anyway.
Then again, when these shares are reintroduced (which the PR hints at IMO) revenues at that time may make up for it...who knows. Just trying to give some perspective here.
