You make a valid point about the AH trades going on for some time now, mostly at prices higher than the current price.

However, I have a follow up question for you:

If these after hours trades that have been going on for about two months now have been for financing an acquisition, doesn't the timing of the TA gagging seem a bit odd? Why would they do it (gag the TA) two months into these activities, rather than right at the start?
