where do you get this info? How can you say this?

you keep talking about an uplift. You man a bounce?
You keep talking about about short sellers and stock manipulation. This is a pink sheet stock. The stock is being sold off on any news that can be interpreted as good news and after every upday.

I'm still not sure what the company actually does outside of owning 50% of Atoll.

They seem to design stuff but mostly using somebody else's patents/products or manufacturing plants and people. Sounds to me like they have 5 to 10 engineers/designers submitting proposals on projects and a few salesmen in several offices around the world.
