Sonic - I don't think things are great by any means. I have gone on record with my posts, and comments to the company, that I think this stock is being manipulated. The company has a lot of good things going for it. It has fantastic potential. However, none of that matters until management gets control of the stock situation - and it probably cannot do that until it is off the pinks. What I do see is some big chunk buying at lower levels. But it is disturbing that it is at lower levels.
I am deeply disturbed by what is happening to the stock. It is the first and last time I buy a pink sheet stock - regardless of its potential. But I have to make a choice to hold or sell at this level and my choice is to hold pending what happens with the uplift and equity accounting issue.
The company has tried to disassociate themselves from Iceman and his delusional rumors. It is upsetting that they don't provide more frequent updates - given the situation. I understand management's rationale that they are focused on negotiations and "growing" the business and do not want to focus on refuting every rumor on the boards. As hard as that is to accept, I also believe nothing they say could change the situation. The stock situation is out of their control and none of the positive NRs are reflected in the price.
The company has great news. Fundamentally, this company is sound. If it were on the American, with the accounting roll-up in place, it would be between $5 and $10 just based upon 3 year projected sales and earnings. With that same scenario, if and when it get's on the BB I expect it to move to between $4 and $7.
I will say it again, someone is manipulating this stock. The question is "WHY?" Is it deliberately being pushed down to bring in select buyers at a low price? Are the restricted sellers getting out in December so they can buy back at lower prices in Janaury? Is someone out to hit the stock to discredit Iceman? I have no idea what the answer is.
I hope you are wrong on your timing. This shouldn't take years to correct. It should correct with the uplift and accounting issue resolution. If not, I'll be gone.
