According to cole, scams are Ok if you operate on a large scale.

“Last year Lockheed had $39.6 BILLION in sales”

“Currently Lockheed has a backlog of $75.9 BILLION”

“Lockheed has 140,000 employees”

“Lockheed has 939 facilities in 457 cities and 45 states throughout the U.S.”

“So in my opinion, if a company with the resources and successes of Lockheed that has already spent $140M and not delivered one..”

They can scam the U S taxpayer all they want…

because they are BIG!
