A good appraisal of the situation. Some just showed up for the stock run up. They don't seem to care who is working with the company, what plans are in place, the sound position of the company or the remarkable journey to get to this point. They will hold or they will leave, it doesn't matter.

Others have a more negative agenda. I think most of us understand why, but again, it doesn't matter. Each step forward puts them further behind.

I keep reading about how long it's been for some. 10 years to go from nothing to Mt. Read, without chopping the company up to venture capitalists or banks? 10 years to patent, build, test, improve, repatent, reinvent, devices that NASA and Lockheed are making key components of mega projects? In a world where the car companies throw a party when they can design a concept car and build it in less than 3 years, 10 to do all Torvec has done is unusual. If you are a stockholder you own some important inventions.

Good things are obviously happening, the meeting is about a month away, so it's a good time to be holding. I'm looking forward to what comes next. I'll certainly be at the meeting and hope to meet some posters face to face. Just my opinion, do what you want. EOM
