I especially liked the part you pointed out about the apartment complexes. I know there will be more unfortunate personal home foreclosures out there that will increase more rentals (people have to live somewhere).

Remember last time we had a housing downturn, the rental market spiked up nicely. There are many investors already positioning and seeking to add to their holdings to serve this market wave.

HCPC is in a great position to respond. I plan to take some profits off the table (target is .0015) and keep the majority for the nice steady ride up.
