The reorginization plan that was submitted to the court yesterday, is to wipe out the existing common shares so be very carefull. I just reconfirmed this morning because i saw the pps rising and thought i missed something. shares will be worthless, so due your dd. The # of Law office is 212 561 7700, if you get a voice mail go back to the operator and ask again for someone to speak to. Have your questions ready so you dont waste their time they sound very busy. good luck!
