I agree, the SEC would be all over bogus 4's right away and in three months nothing has happened... I for one don't believe it, unless the LA division is totally inept... I'll have my buddy check the filings there...but as of last month, he says there is NO SUCH REPORT in their system...and he has all access....

....only other option is it is still sitting there under that old burger and fries bag on the desk of the downsized fat guy...in the office nobody wants to clean up yet...
