The Rizvi incident was completely bogus, and the SEC were notified immediately at the LA Enforcement Division. No news can been announced until the whole incident is finalized, then a full release with names and dates of the parties involved will be made available.

The company had to increase the authorized shares to satisfy an aged property acquisition note that included a stock price guarantee from over 2 years ago, therfore additional shares had to be issued to satisfy the price guarantee clause.

The new BOD have what appears to be a good reconstruction plan for the company.

Subject: CBAY questions?

Dear IR,
I have held a position in CBAY for many months now, and I have some questions.

1) What was the deal with the Rizvi takeover bid?
2) If it was indeed an illegal action why has there been no news release to inform shareholders of the company?
3) Why has the Authorized Shares been raised twice in the past 6 months to 8 Billion shares without any indication from the company what these newly issued shares are financing?

My hopes are not very high of ever seeing my original investment back, I hold no hard feelings for the company. I just would like some answers to all of the speculation.
