I agree with most of your points
I understand why they went to the pink sheets to get the Atoll deal done quickly per their request to have marketable securities instead of private shares.
I agree that this stock is being manipulated. Most of the price decline has been due to the 144 selling with the help of the MMs. If I was a betting man I would say IM has traded this stock with the help of the MMs. If true I would bet he has traded over 500k shares. I do think he is trying to get the Hispanic brokers, Black brokers, and others to buy the stock. In order to get the Hispanics to buy he needs someone like Calos Sims to say he is buying. So if I was a betting man I would guess to get someonein like him cheap will help him in the future. I think all of these brokers are just sitting on the side lines until one of their own tells them it is ok to buy. How these people make there money is when they promote a stock the going rate is to recieve 5-7% of the float in stock. So it does not matter what the price is when they can sell it just as long as it is not zero. To get these deals they have to have a very active site. I believe ST is doing this for some of the stocks he has been promoting. Look at CRYX, CFPC, PTLG - They are dogs. I would bet he has stock on these. In my opinion companies use these guys so they can get the stock up to sell their shares and become millionaires before the stock goes downs or the company goes bankurpt. This is a common practice for most pk sheet & OB stocks. I do not think NNRI is doing that because it is a real company. I just have a problem with them having ST promoting the stock and not disclosing he is paid by them. Also I do not like the fact he always says it is a good thing when the stock hits a new low. Also he does not allow an open discussion if you disagree with him. I am sorry but NNRI is still and American company that I thought believes in the American principles of free speech. Unfortunately I could go into censorship and the history of what it has done to different races but I will not go there.
I just hope the company wakes up to the dis service he is doing by trying to manipulate the facts and not allow for open and free discussions of the facts and an indivduals views.
