Anybody think that class action lawsuits could go after Kore "value" if they do something with the hamlet? Since Kore was named by the OSC?? I guess that would require the OSC finding them guilty first, though, right?

So, IF Kore hid ill-gotten $$... but needs to access it to develop the hamlet, then would those assets then be subject to lawsuits? Any thoughts?
