Sterling,as company starts closing loans it starts to generate revenues and it can then move forward with other plans and here we are talking about reverse merging the lender and going big in the mortage market with new product that is about to see a fast grow in 2008 according to many recent articles.
with this reverse merger HCPC will be like a bank ,i am wondering if they do that merger and merging a company in billions of dollars in HCPC will they change their statut to a bank?
