The new web site went up yesterday.

"After announcing a new relationship on March 2, 2004 with Ingram Entertainment we will make an attempt to be the largest online movie and game rental company on the web. Our subscriber base is growing 35% to 40% per month."

I've been hanging around this company since the ticker change. Unfortunately I was out all day... They have very little competition in their market. Looks like it will be a great play for a long time. Check out the guys at Ragingbull, http://www.ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=GZFX they have some great information.
