Bottom line from what I heard a few weeks ago was 'ol Rog has only weeks left to either pump it so the boyz can cash out and leave, or the problems start in '08 for all around him and him. They've been watching, making notes and taking names...and checking out 'ol Rog's aliases, extra accounts and 'buddies'... anyone part of his dealing will be on the hook too...

He ripped off the wrong guys...this better be the pump of his life... just what I heard.. they go away at .0048 they said. I think impossible... let's see what he may have up his sleeve...

prison would be a blessing for him and his helpers. Wouldn't help us much....Looks like this may be the only shot...hope they've got something so you can get out too..... maybe its still not too late for him to turn in all of his shares to the company for retirement and send a letter that he is walking away...would probably help a little too.. (yeah right!)
