2win, we are trained in medicine to be intellectually honest with our patients and with our clinical and scientific evaluations. We learn from our mentors, professors and those we respect. Still, we learn in our training not only to emulate, but sometimes more importantly who not to, especially when it comes to how to deal with families and effectively communicating intelligently yet compassionately. Due to being trained among professionals the tendency is to believe what what we are told until proven otherwise and not vice versa. We don't challenge our professors as though we are are being misguided in general practice. Taking this training into the stock market world, particularly with a typical pinksheet, you quickly realize the different approaches that are needed.

I still believe that EFFC is NOT a typical pinkie. I think it is an OTCBB at least which has started off as a pinksheet stock and has had some stumbling blocks due to how it was promoted initially, the original shell owner, and the Biocognosafe issues.

For one thing, you have a real, genuine company, ArgoNav with anticipated gross revenues of $10M to $20M by December 31st and their net earnings will be added to the bottom line of EFFC. For another, you have a seasoned pro and international attorney as our President currently guiding RH in many actions since he was named President. We have seen what looked to be an unfair overly generous gift of 60M restricted shares to RH reduced by cancelling a total of 41.8M shares and requiring RH to buy at least 40M of what used to be his free restricted shares at prices from $0.70 to $1.50 in the open market. The company clearly has a product of great value, i.e. the Folo CRAM which has been used by Group Robert among others, and was under testing by Challenger Motor Freight very recently. I have not only seen the product personally, but held it in my own hand and have witnessed third party evaluations of it.

In my current opinion, once the Biocognisafe issues are resolved, the stock will have completely new life. I am expecting that publicly available SEC ready AF's will be out in January. I am also expecting to see new board members that will allow this company to qualify for uplisting and the announcement of significant contracts that can be third party verifiable. I would easily anticipate significant news coverages televised and in print with this emerging technology.

I do believe that this stock can be at new highs and into dollars by second quarter in 2008, but could be much sooner depending on exactly when we are uplisted.

I am tired of reading that the CEO has lied about everything because I know first-hand that is not accurate. We have proof of the ArgoNav acquisition, the appointment of Claude Lemay, the DOT meetings in Washington, Bruno and Gib working for
EFFC, the cancellation promised and executed of cancelling 41.8M shares from the treasury, and the very determined efforts of the company to be able to market and sell the CRAM technology. Furthermore, RH has promised to cancel another 13,975,000 shares at least from the treasury on or before December 15th and when that happens it will be yet another promise he did indeed fulfill.

As for the 131 contracts, do not be too surprised if he is able to prove it publicly in the very near term. Anyone who has doubted it has not been able to prove otherwise.

I am satisfied with the position I hold here in EFFC. I have been trading heavily with AAPL call options and have offset any paper losses and over all am very green in my portfolio. If there is an unusual transient dippage of any significance on EFFC I will add because I am expecting new highs within a few months or less and am willing to wait for what may prove to be a truly exceptional buy here. Dollarland is a very realistic expectation, but can anyone really guarantee anything in the stock market?
