Yes, that is a very good possibility. Ricks_Dancer post "who bought shares at 2-3 cents in a non-IRA account when the company was overvalued at 15-20 million are now selling to recognize their loss for tax year 07" is also a very good possibility. Churn is another very good possibility. I have sometimes bought and sold the same day at the same price or lower for any number of reasons. There is also the possibility that WASTE is diluting, but the trading numbers are not really huge which is normally the case when dilution is happening at .0001-.0003. My best guess is the first three possiblities all happening now, but should NOT continue much longer. imho
