"Allegations by the OSC are charges"???? Allegations are NOT charges. Please show me any document from the OSC where "charges" are listed. I have talked to Tom Andersen, maybe some here should also and when you ask him about it make your question very clear and to the point. You will find no charges have been filed, only allegations which then allow them to persue a formal investigation then and only then may charges be filed.
