So how can you UPLIST to a PINK SHEET?

Look at their Filings - made $241,980.00 for SELLING STOCK, but I thought they said they were NOT !!

RM was also implyed - but it is NOT A RM into EFGO but into another shell - but sad to say NOT ONE OF IFGX's ....> Wonder who's making out on that one ???
