Good Luck! I have scoured the secretary of state corporations site and any gov't site that might contain some information. I think its a 3-6 week delay on information if not more. I think the internet info is the last thing to get updated. I would imagine you would have to physically go and pull public info from the city clerk or the SOS corp division clerks office. It seems that they have a lawyer and group to take care of that part of the company. Well, atleast it helps make sure its done right. But, don't let my findings slow you down.
