It may be scary but it´s a reality, imo.
I wouldn´t have bought into this company without the hope for profits. The plan can´t be to move someday to a higher exchange as a reporting company with so many shares. But well, if you don´t like that outlook, I will kepp it for myself. I wrote that they will make that split before or after profitability, so it wouldn´t change much. I can second the rest of your post and wish you luck.
