i was just looking at this old post from the cc. You guys probably remembering them talking about a short. Maybe their lawyer is working on it while they put up stores. It's a warning for shorts. They should have to settle with the name change. This still could be interesting,

"The real new thing from todays CC was that there is a huge short position in ECFL. ECFL's lawyers and TA are preparing a plan to make the shorts cover. They know which brokers are short and are preparing to go after them."
