It can't be dilution at this point. Not enough volume, PPS is dropping on very LOW VOLUME, charts don't point to dilution, Des told me he isn't diluting at this time, Pink sheets verifies no dilution as of 12-03-07.... too many things saying dilution is NOT occurring.
For the sake of argument, let's agree for the moment dilution is not a factor here...
So why is the PPS falling?
In short, there is no buying pressure, and not much selling pressure either, we've only traded 4.4 mil shares this morning with a low of .0027..... Notice that last week we were trading lows of .0019 then lows of .0023 and now at the moment lows of .0027
Look at the trend, and not the moment. I bought 200000 shares for my church last week at .002 and put them in a separate account. They are green. All my personal shares are green, with an avg of .0009 .... We are moving up, but you can't see that on your streamer.... this is the part where the chart will tell you the truth.
As for next week, all the rest of the brokers should have managed to get their head out of the sand, and we can trade normally.... up and down, but continually up over time, hopefully with the slow steady gain we are experiencing recently. More PR's are sitting waiting to go to press. Right now imo would be the worst time to go to press with a PR, maybe going into close today, but I wouldn't release one then either if I were Des. Let all the dust settle, and then let's get to business. Hang on, it's gonna get a lot better real quick.

Don't take my advice, I'm just a poor Pastor with a Zecco account
