6 people $13,000 a month sounds a little fishy to me. $2166 a person? Do you really belive 13,000 a month is a good deal??????? (could be a cost of horrible credit though) I hope their flooring is gold and two Swedish models run the front desk.

But I guess GTEM has never really been good at sensibly spending money.
