well thats great.....then whats the rent.....13k plus services....or 6.5k including services.....while your at it why don't u ask about the costumers for the JV then too......my guess is rob didn't not read that right either.....unless u think they lying about what the current rent is....cuz if its 13k plus....then page 13 is a huge error...and its in both reports....and they WILL need to amend them both to fix that.
