Many are afraid to support the stock because we fear another private placement that will take the stock down to $1.00. All we need to hear from the Spragues is that WAVX will not have to do another private placement at a 20% to 30% discount to the market price. I believe the street is already beginning to factor this into the stock price.

Steven has to know what the revenues look like for the fourth quarter by now and maybe even the first quarter of 2008. What we need is a little guidance to stop this stock skid. The quieter they are, the more I believe that they (management) want the price to skid to get their own shares on the cheap or even try to take WAVX private.
