Yes, and as for the financing package it was for "Up to $900,000";
Which if I recall they exercised the full amount.
However there was no release regarding the exact cost of phase 3, it surely wasn’t the entire 900K. They paided down their debts, cleared their ticket with Apex and I’m sure they buried a lot of incidentals in there. It’s all part of the game.
