"""Also whenever a small co wants to be bought they start getting rid of their bad debt to be more tasty to the bigger fish."""

well, they just paid off a chunk of principle (and interest)from one of the DB loans.....then promptly borrowed another $400K from her, for a net result of a decrease in $127K owed to her.....and at the bargain of only over 7M shares issued for the first 9 months of 2007 for interest and principle on her loan(s)......that works out to 1.8 cents per share for the net debt reduction.....

then, if you consider how many more shares she got for just interest in the years before 2007.....well, and it works out to quite a bit lower than the Co getting 1.8 cents per share for the net debt reduction to DB......

think how much shareholder equity increase could have been accomplished if the Co just sold treasury shares instead.....they could have many millions in cash in the bank for all those shares.....but that would mean all shareholders would have a proportionate piece of that cash pie.....I wonder why that path wasn't pursued????.....
