So why is it that you can find out this info from a phone call. The 4 mill has not been shared with the public. Why would Herda not issue a PR about this even if its not secured, because we all know he has done it before. Give us an update Herda thats all we are asking. It is very frustrating to hear you're going to get and update at the end of OCT and now its Dec. No news nothing except shares being issued. Maybe they are positioning themselves for an acquisition. Maybe techno knows that. Issuing shares "is" a good sign, and no news could mean an acquisition is on the table. Also whenever a small co wants to be bought they start getting rid of their bad debt to be more tasty to the bigger fish. Getting all their ducks in place. So any idea what the buyout might be???
