rb, see the green lines and the label at the left, BB. They are bollinger bands from a living economist named John Bollinger. He is on CNBC a lot. When a stock is steady like ECFL has been, the bands tighten which is a setup for the stock to breakout of the bands at .0034 tomorrow imo. They are a chart indication of strength leading to a breakout.
