I don't think anyone should worry about the shares for UTEK. As I said before (IMHO) that the motivation will not be the same as AJW. Also, they may be able to pay the 1.5 to erase those anyway. I'm looking forward to the 'strong buy' word to spread, you will get plenty of new buyers just from that. Many flippers, but for the short term who cares.....
