Good to know. Maybe they have to wait until after they release the "K" in order to announce the results of the shareholder meeting. Maybe the "K" was more complex to complete and that is the focal reason for the delistment to the pinksheets. The change in the fiscal year will allow the "new" TRBY to have full reporting "fiscally" of the new company and completely detach the tom-foolary of the past. We shall see.
