TFN. . .I'd be willing to bet dollars to donuts that that is how it IS going to play out. Just by owning HRCT shares, investors will "indirectly" hold spinoff organizations via HRCT holding them (you hold HRCT. . .HRCT holds the spinoffs. . .HRCT's value goes up in accordance with valuation created by the spinoffs). Investors can BUY the spinoffs they feel will compliment their portfolio. . .which in turn should have a positive effect on HRCT. Can't wait till Pitcarelessguy gets ahold of that thought LOL!
