emilyrobert, Your observations are correct. Why no information on: Share Count, Meeting time and location, Buy-out offer, Major shareholders, and on and on and on! I'm ridding this stock out until the buy-out or the end. It will for sure be the last "pinky" I'll ever buy. Total BS! - Misterbull
