What I don't get is why Aurc can't do one thing right. Not one!
Why is everything a problem with them, on every single issue.

They go "out of their way" to not give any information on anything. It would so easy to fix this SP with just some openess and honesty, but they just refuse to do it.

They have company's like L2i that are just as inept as they are.
Christine is either clueless which I suspect is the case, or in on it. Why can't they just answer the questions already.

Neither Aurc, the TA or L2i will answer any questions about anything of importance. Nothing!

This latest situation, not telling the shareholders where the meeting is, or if there even is a meeting is inexcusable.

This is far past the point of being ridicules. No other company behaves this way unless they are hiding something, or a scam.
