YOU are the one who is misleading here pal...of course it has to do with JM and LV...they were employees of GTEM at the time, and unbeknownst to them were running a rather elaborate scam...also notice the timimg of the events...GTEM's Wells notice came out weeks before the SEC's charges against Monterosso and Vargas...

i believe Globetel will fare better than anyone originally thought when the WN first surfaced...we shall see
