USSE/SSTP needs some credibility.

Mr. Market thinks Rivera is a crook.
The product might be real, but the way to market and develop this company is quite shady. (misleading PRs and no achievements). Investors, big or small, don't want to be scammed.

So USSE/SSTP needs to show some directions, if possible some business plan and be honest with the public.
Rivera needs to get back in his lab, and eats all the twinkies he wants.
The board of Directors needs to hire a real CEO, with balls. Somebody who is not afraid to face the shareholders and their legitimate questions.
Pictures of moving tubes is not enough.
Can the magic juice be produced and sold? YES or NO.

Just an opinion. Credibility is everything. Nobody like to be ripped off. Mr Market doesn't want to be ripped off.
