I really think they need to stay on top of date calling. Well, atleast when you involve other entities. Like NASDAQ and PINK SHEETS, because you cannot govern what they do. bureaucracy at its finest.

Seems that an audit caused delays, now that makes whoever called the date of name symbol change making a false claim. I cant help whether or not you have any control. Don't call dates unless you can force a hand.
